Consumption Security Policy of Herbalife (China) Health Products Ltd. In order to protect the legal rights and interests of customers while delivering the most considerate service, Herbalife (China) Health Products Ltd. hereinafter sets up the Consumption Security Policy as following: The application on changing or refunding of the product which is sealed with complete package and still has sales value shall be raised to the product seller, Herbalife company, its branch or local service spot with purchase proof issued by the company within 30 days counting from the day of purchase. We will process the application in 7 working days according to the relevant regulations. No product refunding would be conducted for the opened health products. Notice: The above policy doesn't apply to supportive products, product and company materials, publicity materials and products purchased in promotion and promotional items. The intentionally damaged or mistakenly used products are not covered in the policy. The latest publishing on all the policies of Herbalife (China) Health Products Ltd. shall prevail. |
